VT Cosmetics Rice Ceramide Capsule Cream is an innovative moisturizer with a two-phase texture that combines a lightweight gel with concentrated capsules. Wash your face and apply a toner or serum.¶Using the special spatula, scoop up a small amount of the product where the gel and capsules are combined. Gently apply it to your face and neck, pressing lightly on the capsules so they dissolve and blend with the gel on your skin. Gently massage the remaining cream into your skin with your fingertips until it is fully absorbed.
