Before applying the mask, thoroughly cleanse your face to remove any makeup and impurities. Apply the mask starting from the forehead, then move towards the nose and finally cover the cheeks. Leave on for 20–30 minutes to allow the ingredients to absorb. After this time, gently remove the mask and massage any remaining essence into the skin with light circular movements.
